For prop. mgmt. needs, we will get your property rent ready, market it efficiently in MLS and other platforms, screen applicants, complete the lease out, collect monthly rent, disburse payments to the owners on time and maintain your property in top shape...all for a 5% commission. We can also custom design the prop. mgmt. per our clients needs...We currently manage a broad portfolio of SFR homes for many clients....
For new construction, we can do it all or part of your plan per your needs. Silver Line Assets can design and build your dream home from start to finish or be a partner for any and all things that you need in your journey. Quality construction at competitive prices.
